V. Raheja is spearheaded by Mr. Vijay Raheja, the Chairman of the group. Mr. Raheja has decades of experience in real estate development and is a licensed Architect (with an Architectural degree from the University of Texas at Austin). Mr. Raheja is also the Managing Director of Juhu Beach Resorts Limited, owners of the JW Marriott, Mumbai. Apart from this, Mr. Raheja takes a keen interest in charitable causes and is a trustee of several charitable institutions.

Mr. Naresh B Wadhwa, is the President of the group. Naresh joins us after a fifteen year tenure in Cisco, where he was most recently the President and Country Manager of Cisco's India & SAARC operations. As the longest serving country leader in Cisco India's history, Naresh led the operations through years of market leading growth and won many industry recognitions. Prior to becoming the leader for its India operations, Naresh held a variety of leadership positions at Cisco's Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong across sales, partner, strategy and marketing organisations. Naresh has also been with 3Com Asia Limited and Wipro Ltd during his twenty four year career. He has a proven record of building and leading large complex businesses and is widely recognized as a successful leader in the IT and Telecom industry.

Mr. Vinay Rajpal, Director, Leads the redevelopment business at V.Raheja. MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Bachelor of Law & Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
